Asos white faux leather heeled mules size 9

Heeled mules in white with silver toe cap. 4" high heel Worn a few times, some marks on them but still good condition. Bought these in the 2010s, been sitting in my closet for a few years, does that mean their vintage? They're a size 9 but I would say more like a 8.5
