Asymmetrical Black Lace and Tulle Skirt

Very unique black skirt with an asymmetrical hem. Lace with a tulle bottom and zipper at the back. Black lining purposefully uneven to show some skin. I purchased this secondhand but unfortunately it doesn’t fit me. Tag says XL but it’s from an asian brand. See measurements. Fabric has some stretch but not enough for me :( Measurements are probably equal to about a 6 or 8 US. Waist: 14” Length of lining: 14” Length at longest point: 27”
