Atmosphere Navy Blue and White polka dot peplum style sleeveless dress

The Atmosphere dress is Navy blue with white polka dots and is designed to look like a peplum dress. It has a gold clasp on the front and a sleeveless design with a crew neckline. It has a vintage pin up style to it with a zipper going up the back . I bought it at a thrift store in Prague and only wore it once. Not it doesn’t fit :( measurements: pit to pit - 18” waist - 16” (with not a lot of stretch ) top to bottom - 36”
