Missing shoulder strap. This bag is so gorgeous but I’m ready for something new. Has great features inside and tonnes of room with three fully separate large compartments. Approx 14” long, 10” tall and 5” wide. Distressed look was how I bought it new, essentially no wear. Original tag included paid $479 new
