auralee @mascotoa hello thank you so much for your purchase. PoshMark supplies the shipping labels so I am unable to change the address. I don't think posh Mark supports shipping to any other address but the buyers address. But, since I am not shipping your item until Monday you may want to contact Poshmark Support and ask them if they can change the address. Then if they say yes, they will send me a new label. I hope this has helped. If you have any other questions at all please let me know.

auralee @lowery66 hello, I don't remember having to put my birthdate info to get my first shipping label. I usually use a desktop computer, go to the Poshmark site under my name and hit Orders. Once you open that up on the left you'll see Sales, hit that and it will bring your sales up.

auralee @lowery66 Then hit the Arrow on the right, and you should see download shipping label. Once you click on Download shipping label, your computer should prompt you to save it then open it or something similar and then you can print it.

auralee @musmast12 hello, i have not heard from Poshmark. But all they need to do is contact your Post office w/ your tracking number. The postal service has GPS Tracking on their scanners, so it will show exactly where the item was delivered. Hopefully I will hear from Poshmark soon.

But now it looks like it’s going back down to Florida. I know the post office is having a lot of problems lately with late shipments etc. I’m going to reach out to Poshmark and see if there’s anything they can do. It’s a stunning ring.
