It goes to 9 inches … you could get an extension for it as well.. I need to get some as vintage jewelry is all so small. You can get on Amazon for a few dollars. I will order some so I can offer with my smaller Neaklaces! Thanks for shopping!

@carmen_kelsey that does not sound right. End to end it sgmhould be 16 or 18 inches. do you not know how to measure the entire length? from the spring ring to the other end.

I measure from the clasp to the bottom of the necklace and then times that by two that is the length
