Austrian crystal March birthstone "guardian angel" lapel pin / brooch

Pin looks unworn. Mounting card is torn top and bottom to fit into original owner's jewelry box, and has some random writing on the back. This piece is part of a collection of vintage jewelry which has been in storage since the '90s. All functions are functional unless otherwise noted.
