Love this vibe. Love this authentic 80’s Sixteen Candles thing this dress has going on. Floral dropped waist with side tie, shoulder pads, puff sleeves, and the sweetest beaded collar. This dress is like a thin semi sheer rayon. Size: 19 inches pit to pit. 22 inches to the dropped waist and then another 20 inch skirting. Condition: Excellent overall condition. No stains, no snags, no rips. All buttons intact. Couple beads missing from the collar but only noticeable when inspecting.
