najiewei @lalalovecloths Tweed bag was dated back 3 years ago, Cruise collection. It was been gently used, and yes, natural yellowing on the exterior with minor scratches on the leather. thanks for your purchase, it will be shipped on Monday!

najiewei @lalalovecloths What do you mean by undone? It’s in excellent condition as the bag was carefully handled in every step of shipping by me. That being said. If the chain became an concern, I’d happy to take it back.

lalalovecloths @najiewei I am not saying you sent it in that condition, because in the pictures the of the chain on your posh listing is perfect when I received it it’s coming undone. So maybe it’s the way it was handled through them. I am not going to return the purse I am just addressing the concern.
