Authentic! Cute, plaid, Japanese schoolgirl uniform skirt

Tailored to fit a school student. It’s just a little small on me. My waist is 33”, it would likely fit a 25-28” waist! Good quality, only slight fraying around the zipper, easily trimmed off.
