Authentic Handmade Beaded Gauntlet Mitts

These were a gift from a Dene community I taught in. I have kept them in storage over the decades, and they have never been worn. They are handmade with intricate beading and fringe details. This pair is made from moosehide, hand tanned and stitched. I would guess the fur to be mink, but I am not positive on that. They are truly unique and exceptionally beautiful.
