colorbuff @auroraslight The bust measures 42 inches and the waist band which actually sits right below the bust is 40 inches. The dress is wider just below the waist band (about 44 inches).

colorbuff @mscynthiaanne I added the measurements of this dress to the posting. As for fading, I am not seeing any fading. It is bright red in the red parts and dark black in the black areas.
