@janzenliz Thank you for your question. The bust measures 42 inches and the waist measures 38 inches. But take not that the wasit seam is slightly higher than where one's natural waist would sit, and the dress flares out from this point on.

@angela_nunya Well, it doesn't stretch, so it is tricky. I think it is closer to size 14 than a size 16. I don't know if it helps.
