pukeeadele This is an oversized fit jacket and I had to turn it inside out because it’s hard to measure with all the ruffles plus it’s all open in the front with one crystal button around the bust area these measurements are inside and out 19 1/4” bust ptp, 21” length and 21” sleeve length, thankyou for your interest 😃 Adele
