Authentic Japanese Kimono | Antique | Tsukesage | Chintz Abstract Flower Pattern

👘 This Chintz style with stunning exotic pattern (or “gara” in Japanese) is made of blending fabric. 🎨 Chintz (or “sarasa” in Japanese) refers to the style of fabric pattern that is exotic to Japan, where the patterns are usually multi-colored Kazadome. The edges of each flower are drawn with metallic liner, making the pattern even more sophisticated. 👠The style of this kimono is called Tsukesage, and without any family crest this is a semi-casual wear. ⚠️There are yellowing and spots near the side opening (or “miharo” in Japanese), to the left of the back collar (or “emon” in Japanese), and near the cuff of the sleeves. The folding of the shoulder also has yellowing, which is not showing up in the picture due to the hanging. 🪡 I recommend you use this for craft project only.
