Authentic Mid-Century Modern 1970s pottery pitcher vase by Canadiana Pottery

Authentic Mid-Century Modern 1970s pottery pitcher vase by Canadiana Pottery, Ontario, Canada. Started in the late 1960's by Alfred Dube who had previously been plant manager at the famed, Blue Mountain Pottery in Collingwood, Ontario. This is a stunning piece in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks. The colours are bright red and brown with drip glaze of grey tones. It's shapely style has a powerful presence and is a great example of the 60's/70's era. It measures approximately 23 cm high, is 9 cm at the opening, 16 cm wide at the handle and 7cm at the base. Item will be carefully packaged.
