Authentic Moncler fuchsia Nylon charm Quilt Stitch Tote shoppers bag

Some wear on the leather straps (please see pictures) I tried to fix it by sealing them by leather glue, not too successful. Sorry I’ve already tried my best. Maybe someone can do a better job. This bag is still in very clean and presentable condition.
