Authentic Pandora Mother of Pearl ring size 48

Gorgeous ring but no longer fits my finger. I have slender fingers. This one is stamped 48 (size 4.5). Elegant Sincerity ring with twisted band and large mother of pearl centre stone. Cleaning out my jewelry box and need to let this one go. Purchased by me in pandora store (Toronto). Needs to be polished/cleaned. Thanks for looking.
