The insole is removable. To preserve the original quality of the product, clean with a soft cloth and keep away from sources of heat and damp. Originally purchased at Holt Renfrew in Vancouver in 2006. Some small signs of wear on the bottom of the shoes. Left shoe “P” of Prada is mostly scuffed out. Overall shoes are in great shape and as comfortable as the day I tried them on.
