Gorgeous wool kilt in the Royal Stewart blue tartan which is a universal tartan that anyone can wear. Waist is adjustable from 26 to 28 inches. Length is 25 inches. Comes with kilt pin. No stains or holes but there may be a few very, very minor imperfections (ie a little pick or pill in fabric etc) as is usual with a vintage item.
