Authentic Tory Burch neon pink wrap bracelet with xs rose gold kate spade bangle

Purchased at Sawgrass Mills outlet and this does not appear to be leather. Cute with this summer's neon colours. I think it would 5.5 to 6.75 inch wrist ideally. I'm including a bonus rose gold kate spade bangle which is also quite small.
