Skirt is a lightly crinkle textured 100% poly charmeuse with a black base and paisley and floral print in cream / turquoise / slate blue and rust. Intricate and beautiful. Fully lined with black polyester jersey knit, super soft. Not see through at all. Waist is 3 rows stitched in elastic in channel, will not roll. 3 tiers stitched on the outside with a ruffle between tiers Worn once. Freshly washed and line dried. Ready to wear.
