 vintage Avon 1968 "RUFF, TUFF, MUFF" 3 Children's SOAPS. This is a Canadian distribution item only. I believe these were produced in 1968. All 3 soaps come NEW and unused and still come in their molded Styrofoam package. There is a green, yellow, and blue puppy in a nestling position. The box is a little withered but good.
