Axes Femme handkerchief hem top with embellished bodice

Lovely feminine top from Japanese company Axes Femme. I bought this online based on the size information, but as soon as I received it I knew it wouldn’t fit me. Once again, my negligence results in an opportunity for you. It is brand new and have never even been tried on. The fabric tag is in Japanese, but I am told that this is polyester, with the lace trim made of a nylon/rayon blend. The two-tone bodice gives an Empire waist effect. Labeled medium but definitely runs small. Please see the approximate measurements in the photos to determine if this will fit you.
