22” PTP 95% polyester 5% wool hooded top pockets are zippered then bottom pockets are snap buttons there’s a small whole in the material in the right bottom pocket it’s hooded! There’s a little slit at the back and a tie, inside there’s strings to make it smaller on my hips. Xl but fits like a large medium
