amanda823175 @vanilla821 Hello! Thanks for your interest! There’s no blue stain, the dress has only been worn once and is in the same condition as purchased. Because of the silly sheen, the purplish flowers have blue hues in certain lighting. I will measure and email you the dimensions soon, in the meantime, it is a size 14
