Hi what is the measurements laying flat please? Also it says size 6. Is there stretch?

@mahaines99 Thanks for pointing that out. I corrected the size and added measurements. It does have some stretch. I’m a true 4 and it was a bit roomy on me but it has great hold in the fabric. Its a nice skirt. If you are interested I’d be happy to lower it for you whenever you decide😊
