BANANA REPUBLIC pebbled italian leather orange tote bag convertible shape

Purchased by me from BR direct (not outlet). 100% Italian leather square tote with orange smooth leather front and back, and beige suede on ends. Snap closures at ends allow bag to convert to larger size at the top! Used for a work trip only...no major flaws. Of note: - some tarnishing of protective studs on bottom (see pics) - stitching for magnetic clasp closure is coming undone at one corner. I think this can be fixed pretty easily?? Measures approximately 12.25" tall x 11" wide x 7" deep
