BARBIE MATTEL Jewel Hair Mermaid Doll 1990s Gold Vintage TOTALLY HAIR TLC Missing tail and earrings. Clothing has some wear and tear as shown. Skirt has a small hole, some fading to material. Ears have some discoloration. No earrings, earrings broke off and the end peice is floating inside head. Neck has a plastic split Hair is very tangled and rough feeling. One peice is a bit shorter, unsure if it was cut or that's how it's supposed to be. Crown is no longer attached to head. Includes everything shown. Doll is in used fair condition, hair will need TLC.
