BB Dakota Polka-dot Ruffle Blouse - S

Sheer ruffle polka-dot print halter blouse by BB Dakota. It is navy with yellowish polka dots (best seen in middle picture). Never worn - I should not have taken the tags off (but I do that to hide new things from my husband in our closet, shhh). When worn it hits me right above my hips. I just wish the cut worked better on my frame!! Also note, it is a bit sheer but it’s so lightweight and feminine. It’s very pretty and looks much better on!
