These are such FUN and CUTE and I LOVE these shorts! They are a xsmall but the length of leg is "15" and the waistband goes from "11" stretch to "17" with the hip being"17" so they would fit a small/medium as well. Depending upon how you want them to fit. They are in EXCELLENT condition! I only wore a couple of times and I styled them with tights, over the knee boots BUT they would look amazing with sneakers and a tshirt. These are perfect for girls night out dressed up or casual, ALL season (put some tights on and boots), date night, work with a blazer as they are longer depending upon your height.
