brandiedoll777 @laurawait hi there! Laying flat it measures a tad over 30”. However, it’s a cinching belt so it can stretch comfortably, if needed. Hope that helps!

brandiedoll777 @danatwik it fits quite tight and then it stretches out quite a bit. I would think there is flexibility with the size, but not certain how small it would fit. It would also be very easy to have it taken in as it’s fabric. I hope that helps!!! :)
