BCBG Blue Long Blouse with Black Lace Sleeves Size S

Only tried it on once at home. Bought for an event and wore something else instead. Found a little snag (please see photos). Otherwise it’s in excellent condition. Last two images are stock photos in black (couldn’t find the royal blue version so had to post black ones).
