BCBG Fola Scarletta Lace Tiered Dress

Reposhing this item I purchased from @mariemcdee. comes with dust bag, I love this dress but sadly doesn't fit my hips, fits everywhere else perfectly! I'm a size 6-8 but have 42" around my lower hip. if you have 39" lower hips or smaller it would fit beautifully. I was going to wear this as a reception dress or during the wedding rehearsal.
