BCBG Kelsee Sheath Dress with cutout detail

There is a hole in the back seam as seen in the photo. The hole is in the seam and not in the fabric which is an easy fix. I can fix it before sending but want to disclose any issues. -centre back zipper, hook & eye closure -flattering fit because of the side black panels -fully lined Comes from a smoke and pet free home.
