Are these shoes leather upper and leather lined?
Do they fit 8.0-8.5 or 8.5-9.0 better?
Narrow, typical Medium, or Wider width?

@cathydenton I believe they are all leather. That’s what I was told when I purchased them. They probably are best for 8-8.5 and are a medium fit but a little more on the narrow side.
