@northcounrty I have added photos with the measurements when the dress is laying flat. From strap to strap the distance is 12” , for the underarms the width is 14.5” (so 29” around in circumference), the waist measured 12.5” (so it is 25” around), and the hips measured 16” (so it is 32” around).
Yes the material has stretch to it.
