This is a Y2K sheer cold shoulder crop style sweater. It features a wing style long sleeve with ribbed cuff, wide boat style neckline which allows sweater to hang off one shoulder, ribbing on bottom. Material, Cotton Blend *Material and size tag missing (I cut them off because they were itchy). Excellent Condition, light wear.
