BCBG cocktail dress

New with tags, purchased for an event but never worn. This is a beautiful navy blue and black dress. The top is a corset style strapless top, it has boning throughout which gives the dress a really nice structure. The bottom portion is a lined chiffon material with a hem that can be tied up according to length preference. and the best part is that this dress even has pockets!
