BCBG dress prom/cocktail/evening-gown style

This evening dress is a stunner. Made very well, boning and structured properly. Virtually new and flawless. Hanging straps have been cut off. In perfect shape. It’s too small for me, I can’t do up the zipper, tried. The pic doesn’t do the dress justice.
