Hi, yes! the waist is made of an elastic band, the main material is also a bit stretchy it was metallic thread

Hi! Very beautiful and unique! The waist is 13” unstretched? Can you tell me the pit to pit measurement? And the length from top of shoulder to hem; how long it is after you hemmed it? Thanks so much :)

@i_luv_elvis Hi! Sorry for a slow reply! 13" waist is unstretched. Pit to pit is around 16-17" (it is pleated and stretchy, a bit hard to measure). Shoulder to waist is 15" and waist to hem is 42"!
