This dress is a gorgeous light blue colour with a satin effect flower print. The ruching on the side is adjustable. Only worn once for a wedding!! I honestly got a ton of compliments wearing this dress and it pairs nicely with sunshine and a tan. I would say it fits a medium and possibly even a large as there is a bit of room in the tummy plus the ruching is super forgiving. It is double lined.
