BCBG short lined pencil skirt

Reposhing this item I purchased from @dmeredit. Love it, but it's a bit too small for me! It came in good used condition and I have not worn it since receiving it (besides trying it on twice) The waistband is a bit stretched from previous use... definitely not an issue though! Questions?
