Golden yellow BCBG pleated skirt in a soft knit, very long (ankle length), attached beige underskirt lining, elastic waist. In my opinion the length of the skirt cannot be shortened because of the pleats and type of fabric. NWOT. Waist: 15.5-16 inches when not stretched Length: 41.5 inches
