@connie6868 Hi! Its a beautiful rich material. It definitely has stretch throughout (especially the top portion).
The dress flows from the high-waist down.
Approx Measurements facing the hanger: 16.5in bust, 13in waist, 20in hips. It stretches a couple inches beyond these.
