It is a sleeveless halter gathered to the neckline with back tie closure and accented with a V of short ruffles on the bodice and around the armholes. It is 100% polyester in a flattering abstract floral print that looks textured, but isn’t, in bright blue, green, coral and white, and the lining is white.
