V neck with secure wrap that goes through waist slit and long belt allows tie at front or back. The sleeves have a tie back option but button is missing on one sleeve but easily replaced . Is not noticeable and does not affect dress . Fabric is 96% polyester and 4% spandex and is stretchy. Made in Philippines. PTP is approximately 17” but could stretch to 20” .
