BCBGirls Heeled Black Leather Sandal Size 39

I bought these shoes in an upscale vintage store in Brooklyn, NY. The heel is around 4 inches. They are really elegant as well as comfortable and look great with most things... I just don't wear heels this high. I can't find the size written anywhere but they seem to be a 39 B.
