Very good preowned condition, grey blue and white striped tiered high waist ruffle/bell sleeve Charlyze dress by BCBGMaxazria. A gorgeous dress with a beautiful hang and flare. The sleeves are playful and flattering and the tie up is a nice touch. I have a Jacob dress that is somewhat similar though there are more tiers and it is sleeveless. A very cool coastal look.
