A preppy little piece from Beams Heart Japan. Boxy navy knit vest with tone on tone buttons down back, faux layered over a striped navy and white seersucker shirt. Arms and shirt bottoms are sewn into the vest, the garment is only one piece. I do not see the size on the garment but believe it is a size small.
